Many groups hold different types of events, from open circles to large festivals. These events aren't always easy to find information on, but I've found some Pagan events calendars that you can look through, as well as created my own calendar for this site.
First though, I would like to suggest that you look on the net for an email group for your area. Many regions, as well as the bigger cities, have their own email groups where new people can find the groups and existing members can keep in touch. This is often where most of the smaller events are discussed, and most of those never making it onto a published calendar. You may also find event announcements at your local Pagan friendly store, if you are lucky enough to live in an area with one.

However, if you're looking for something a bit larger or in a place that you plan on travelling to, you can try going directly to the "Events" section at Witchvox, then looking for anything happening in a particular area. The page is organized by nation or continent, then has subcategories such as states.

There is an events page at the "A Mystical Grove" website that has international listings and a search engine. Use the menu on the left to select your country or try their search engine.

The International Pagan Pride Project sponsors events in many locations each Autumn. Visit their website to learn about the organization and to find out what is going on in your neck of the woods.

Or, you can always check out the calendar that I'm building. Amazingly enough, it's called the Witch Way? Pagan Links Events Calendar. If you send me information on your events to Pagan Public Relations Notices, I can add them to this calendar as well. I can even include links to your website for more information, although I would appreciate a link back to this page for that.
To navigate my calendar, click on the link above. Once you see the calendar, you can look for information on whatever date you're interested in. If the event is underlined, click on it for more information. Just hit your "back" button to return here. (If you surf several pages away, hold the button down to get a drop down menu.)
Most of the links go directly to the press release that was posted on my Notices list.   Since the archives of that group are open to the public, you don't have to join the group in order to view the messages and read the details of the event you're intersted in.
You only have to join the Notices list if you want to post announcements to the list, but signing up for Yahoo groups is a fairly simple process.
